Shipping + Policies

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. All packages ship through USPS after that: for standard US shipping please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery. We try our best to get orders sent out as soon as possible, however it is just the two of us, so sometimes can take a bit longer.

Also, please be aware we do not provide tracking info for orders under $10.

Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for items once they leave our door.  For lost, stolen, or delayed packages please contact your local USPS.

In addition, if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, Minor Inconvenience is not liable to replace the item. It is the customers responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address. If you notice it is incorrect in your confirmation email, please contact us immediately! as the only way to fix it is if we are notified before it gets sent out. We do our best to ship within 1-3 days of your order.

By placing an order you agree to all our terms in full. 

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Due to being a small business all sales are final. However, if there are any issues please contact us ASAP, we will try our best to resolve any issues. Please report any problems within 15 days of receiving items, past that we cannot offer a refund/exchange.

We highly recommend looking at our sizing info on each listing, or contacting us through our contact form for any questions about sizing before you order! 

How do I contact you?

Please contact us through our contact form on our site. There is just two of us, but we do our best to answer emails daily (Monday-Friday). Please do not DM us on any social media platforms about your order as they can get lost or overlooked!
